The Role
This is a generalist marketing role with a strong focus on brand building, campaigns and partnerships.
You will work closely with the founder to shape how KYOR shows up — from marketing campaigns and content to partnerships, creators and community.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You should be comfortable developing ideas and campaigns, while also executing them with the team.
You will collaborate with our media buyer, creative team (video/graphic editors) and data analyst to translate brand ideas into high-performing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
Own and execute brand positioning across all touchpoints
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, creators and partnerships
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging
Lead content planning for social media, campaigns and product launches
Own go-to-market campaigns for new launches and seasonal moments
Develop brand playbooks including voice, tone, visual guidelines and partnership frameworks
Oversee brand merchandise and gifting (sourcing, design coordination and production)
Partnerships & Influencers
Identify and manage brand partnerships and collaborations
Work with creators, athletes, trainers and wellness influencers
Coordinate product seeding, campaigns and collaborations
Shape creator briefs and storytelling angles to ensure strong brand alignment
Develop a partnership roadmap with gyms, studios and wellness brands
Track partnership performance including reach, CAC and retention impact
Community & Brand Activations
Plan and execute online and offline brand activations
Manage collaboration initiatives with studios, gyms and community partners
Support the launch of ambassador or community programs
Build and nurture relationships with customers, creators and partners
Performance & Operations
Track and report on marketing and campaign performance
Work with the team to translate insights into better marketing decisions
Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on campaigns
Support day-to-day marketing operations as needed

Launching impactful marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness and sales
Building strong relationships with creators, partners and communities
Strengthening KYOR’s brand presence across key channels
Successfully executing campaigns and collaborations that customers genuinely engage with
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, partnerships, community or campaign roles
Is comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on in a startup environment
Can manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Has a strong sense of brand storytelling and art direction, shaping how the brand looks, feels and communicates
Communicates confidently with creators, partners, media and customers
Is proactive, resourceful and able to figure things out independently
Has strong organisation and project management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in DTC, wellness, fitness, lifestyle or consumer brands
Experience working with creators or influencer campaigns
Familiarity with social media content creation
Basic understanding of performance marketing or analytics
Passion for wellness, fitness or recovery
