MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility




• Manage social media, digital ads, and online promotions




• Handle food delivery platforms (menu updates, pricing, campaigns)




• Create and manage in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns




• Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and loyalty programs




• Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance




• Coordinate with outlet teams, designers, and vendors

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant or F&B marketing preferred




• Strong digital and social media marketing skills




• Knowledge of GrabFood / Foodpanda or similar platforms




• Creative, results-driven, and good communication skills
