Description
We are seeking a refined and performance-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the growth of our premium hair and scalp care brand. This role combines strategic digital marketing expertise with strong brand sensibility, ensuring every campaign delivers both measurable results and a consistent, elevated brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing (SEM, SEO, Meta Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimise SEM (Google Ads) campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimisation
Collaborate with external agencies on campaign strategy, execution, and continuous performance improvement
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and content alignment to strengthen organic visibility
2. Analytics & Reporting
Analyse campaign and channel performance, translating data into actionable insights
Consolidate performance reports across digital platforms with a clear focus on ROI and efficiency
Prepare well-structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
3. Branding & Offline Marketing
Coordinate integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and OOH channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning
Manage partnerships with publications, including advertorials and media placements
Support execution of mall activations and offline brand experiences
Oversee vendor coordination, timelines, and artwork submissions to ensure high-quality delivery
4. Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to ensure seamless campaign execution
Prepare campaign briefs, presentations, and regular updates for stakeholders
Maintain clear communication to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
5. Marketing Operations
Manage marketing collaterals, including digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency
Support event planning, logistics, and on-ground execution where required
Maintain trackers, workflows, and approval processes to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
5 years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty, haircare, aesthetics, or premium service industries
Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and Meta Ads
Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand aesthetics and quality
