Focus: Lead Generation, Partner Marketing & Brand Content
Location: Singapore / Hybrid
Reports to: Global Brand & Marketing Director

UPPF is a fast-growing global brand in automotive paint protection film (PPF) and window films, working with professional installers, distributors, and automotive specialists across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.


As our international footprint expands, we are building a stronger, more structured marketing function to support dealer acquisition, partner engagement, and global brand consistency.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to support UPPF’s global growth initiatives. This role carries manager-level responsibilities, but is open to both experienced marketing professionals and high-potential early-career candidates who demonstrate maturity, strong fundamentals, and the ability to learn quickly.


The role centres on three core areas:



  • Planning and managing lead generation programs to attract prospective dealers and distribution partners globally

  • Engaging key customers and partners on marketing and branding initiatives

  • Delivering strong, consistent content across digital platforms


You will work closely with internal teams across Singapore, Shanghai, and the United States, requiring strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and continuously improve UPPF’s lead generation initiatives targeting dealers and distribution partners in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

  • Translate commercial objectives into practical campaigns across digital channels, content, and landing pages

  • Monitor lead quality, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness; prepare clear summaries and insights for management.

  • Support ongoing optimisation of targeting, messaging, and conversion pathways.


Customer & Partner Marketing Engagement

  • Act as a marketing liaison for key customers and distributors, supporting branding, campaign alignment, and marketing execution.

  • Help partners present UPPF consistently while respecting local market needs and nuances.

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing assets, guidelines, and campaign materials.

  • Support product launches, regional initiatives, and trade show participation in collaboration with sales and business development teams.


Content & Channel Execution

  • Plan and deliver content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  • Ensure content supports both brand positioning and lead generation objectives.

  • Work with internal stakeholders, agencies, or creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

  • Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and regional priorities.


Stakeholder Coordination & Team Interaction

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, product, and regional operations.

  • Work effectively across teams based in Singapore, Shanghai, and the USA, managing timelines, expectations, and feedback.

  • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in execution.

  • Support junior team members or external vendors where required.


Requirements & Profile

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Experience is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Strong fundamentals, maturity, and the ability to learn quickly are highly valued.

  • Prior exposure to marketing campaigns, content planning, or lead generation (through work, internships, or projects) is preferred.

  • Clear, structured thinking and strong organisational skills.

  • Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and functions.

  • Confident communicator, able to engage both internal teams and external partners.

  • Data-aware mindset: comfortable reviewing performance metrics and drawing practical conclusions.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, automotive, technical products, or dealer/distributor-based businesses.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, or analytics platforms.

  • Experience supporting international or multi-market campaigns.

  • Interest in cars, automotive technology, or enthusiast communities
