Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage XiaoHongShu marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Lead and guide the marketing team to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
- Plan and execute XiaoHongShu campaigns, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Create engaging and high-quality XiaoHongShu content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance using XiaoHongShu analytics and other tools; provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand goals and deliver customized solutions.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on XiaoHongShu platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality XiaoHongShu content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on XiaoHongShu.
- Strong understanding of XiaoHongShu platform, user behavior, content trends, and analytics.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful XiaoHongShu campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with influencer marketing and KOL collaborations on XiaoHongShu is a plus.
- Passion for social media trends and the ability to produce engaging content.
