Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Zion Aesthetics Pte Ltd. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital and search marketing strategies to promote our range of innovative aesthetic treatments and services. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region of Singapore.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and email marketing

2. Oversee the management of our website, online content and technical SEO, ensuring it is optimised for search engines and provides an engaging user experience

3. Oversee, conceptualize and schedule posting of social media content together with the social media content creation team.

4. Take ownership of performance digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms and apply allocated budget effectively.

5. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations

6. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and support lead generation efforts

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and search marketing to continuously enhance our strategy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing via various platforms including but no limited to Google, Meta, Tik-Tok etc.

2. Ideal to have relevant aesthetic industry experience

3. Ideal to be social media savvy with a good eye for engaging and creative content.

4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results

5. Excellent analytical skills and experience in using data to inform marketing decisions

6. Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex data into insights for stakeholders
