Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Merchandising Support to assist the team with day-to-day coordination across marketing campaigns, store merchandising, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and store events
Assist with coordination of marketing materials, including POSM, digital assets, and store collaterals
Work with stores to ensure visual merchandising guidelines and campaign materials are implemented correctly
Track and compile sales or campaign performance data for reporting
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams on marketing and merchandising matters
Provide administrative support such as preparing presentations, updating trackers, and maintaining documentation
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, merchandising, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tracking
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Contract Details:
Contract duration: 6 months
Location: Singapore
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
