Job Title: Marketing Officer
Job Summary
The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales objectives through effective marketing campaigns and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities
Manage and execute digital marketing activities (social media, email, website content, online ads)
Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Coordinate with sales, design, and external vendors or agencies
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of marketing software and analytics tools is an advantage
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience with social media management and content creation
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and online advertising platforms
Graphic design or basic video editing skills
Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools
