Job Responsibilities
Programme Operations SupportManage and resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Support the conceptualisation and implementation of AI Chatbot solutions to enhance digital customer service
Assist in testing new digital booking platforms, including identifying issues and documenting feedback
Support daily programme operations and administrative activities
Conduct verification and process incentive scheme payments
Assist with marketing campaign materials, including copywriting, content checks, and collateral updates
Support event coordination, stakeholder communications, and RSVP tracking
Handle ad-hoc projects and marketing operational duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree qualification with preferably 2 years of working experience
Experience in communications and/or marketing will be an advantage
Good writing skills; ability to read and write in Chinese is advantageous
Comfortable using digital and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
Able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
