Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily digital marketing and operational supports

• Day-to-day business management and general admin tasks

• Maintain and update company sales and operations records

• Communication with clients and sales follow-ups

• Handle ad-hoc special project tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Candidates (from Singapore and Malaysia) without prior experience but with strong learning ability are welcome to apply

• Meticulous, well-organized, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of AI software usage, e-commerce/live commerce is a plus

• Working Hours: 44 hours per week

• Salary Range: $2200 ~ $3000

• Work Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT station)
