Job Description
- Event planning and operations
- Planning monthly calendar of events and promotions to drive awareness and sales
- Content creation for our social media platforms (Instagram, E-newsletter, Blogposts)
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
- Influencer Engagement
- E-commerce / direct sales management (Shopify)
- E-marketplace management (Lazada and Shopee)
- Manage customer service channels (Instagram and Facebook DMs, e-commerce channels DMs)
