Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. About the Team:


Responsible for supporting the operational execution of Shopee SG’s marketing activities, including setting up microsites, push notifications, in-app banners, homepage assets, and other campaign elements. This role ensures campaigns go live accurately and on time while assisting with process documentation, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination.


Job Description:



  • Set up and manage microsites for multiple marketing teams.

  • Manage and upload homepage assets, campaign banners, product labelling, and image overlays.

  • Execute and schedule push notifications (PN) and manage PN userlists.

  • Perform pre-launch QA and asset quality checks to ensure correct links, visuals, copy, and campaign setup.

  • Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and documentation for campaign launches.

  • Support live campaign monitoring and troubleshooting when required.

  • Track basic campaign performance metrics such as impressions, open rates, and CTR.

  • Support payment processing and tracking for affiliate programs, vendors, or campaign-related payments.

  • Organize shared folders, assets, and reports to ensure proper documentation and file management.

  • Work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.


Requirements:



  • Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing, campaign management, or microsite operations is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
