Job Description
Role Overview
As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives (60%) and operational processes (40%). This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign management, influencer partnerships, and behind-the-scenes operations like supply chain coordination.
We are looking for someone who is available for a 6-month full-time internship (school internships/attachments welcome).
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Marketing
- Ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and Lemon8.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, livestreams and web platforms.
- Research and engage with influencers aligned with LIKKA’s brand.
- Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and campaign execution.
Operations & Coordination
- Daily operation - order fulfilment, inventory organization and management.
- Assist in supply chain operations, including coordinating with shipping companies and tracking deliveries.
General Support
- Assist with photoshoots, graphic design, and video editing as needed.
- Support with sampling clothing designs

- Passion for Fashion: Enthusiasm for content creation, storytelling, and women’s fashion.
