Job Description This role focuses on marketing product operations, owning the end-to-end operations of TikTok Local Services marketing tools. You will work at the intersection of product, business, and growth to build and scale marketing capabilities (e.g., subsidies, coupons, discounts), improving product efficiency, campaign performance, and overall ROI.


  • Own the overall operations of marketing products.

Partner closely with Product and Business teams to build scalable marketing platforms and optimize ROI for both daily and mega-campaigns.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new feature rollouts through rigorous Project Management.

Formulate and execute robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time while driving market awareness and high adoption rates.

  • Act as a strategic bridge across diverse business lines with exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.

Deeply understand regional marketing strategies, expertly manage expectations, prioritize needs, and translate complex requirements into effective product solutions.

  • Drive the adoption of innovative marketing capabilities across various business scenarios.

Construct reusable operational playbooks and solutions to support scalable, incremental business growth.

  • Streamline cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.

Monitor market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC), identify new growth opportunities, and efficiently drive Product and Engineering teams to iterate and enhance the overall product experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, commercial operations, or marketing strategy within the tech/internet industry.

  • Solid product operations foundation with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from requirement analysis and feature design to GTM execution and user adoption.

  • Proven Project Management skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications


  • Direct experience in local services (O2O) or e-commerce marketing platforms is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management abilities.

Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating a highly matrixed organization, aligning diverse viewpoints, and driving consensus among global teams.

  • Strong data analysis and documentation skills to effectively translate business needs into product solutions.
