We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to our next stage of growth. If you have a passion for social media, content creation and creative marketing, and enjoy the hands-on nature of working in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a 6-month full-time internship, with school internships and attachments welcome.

As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you’ll support our marketing initiatives alongside the day-to-day operations of the business. You’ll have the opportunity to work across content creation, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and retail operations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the founder and team, allowing you to gain practical exposure to different aspects of building and growing a consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

• Assist in planning and developing our digital marketing and content calendar.


• Ideate and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.


• Film, edit and produce short-form video content.


• Assist with product photography and visual content.


• Research social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.


• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and restocks.


• Assist with influencer and creator collaborations.


• Support social media and livestream activities.

Operations & E-commerce

• Assist with day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations.


• Support order fulfilment and customer orders.


• Assist with inventory organisation and stock management.


• Support product launches, restocks and merchandising.


• Assist with store activities, events and pop-ups when required.

General Support

• Assist with photoshoots, graphic design and other creative projects.


• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.


• Contribute ideas and assist with ad-hoc projects as the business grows.

• 
  Creative Skills: Comfortable with social media, photo/video editing and digital content creation.


• 
  Digital Savvy: Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.


• 
  Design Skills: Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.


• 
  Initiative: Proactive, resourceful and willing to contribute ideas.


• 
  Organisation: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.


• 
  Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


• 
  Teamwork: Good communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.

A portfolio or examples of previous content, video editing, photography or creative work will be highly valued.

• Hands-on experience working within a growing Singapore retail brand.


• Exposure to digital marketing, social media and content creation.


• Practical experience in e-commerce and retail operations.
