Marketing Specialist (Digital Ads, Korea Market) – 1 year Contract

Job Summary

• Salary: Up to $6,000

• Contract Type: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: Office Hours

• Location: Singapore (Regional coordination required)

• Travel is required (25% of work)

Job Description

• Analyze marketing campaigns using data insights, tracking performance, customer behavior and trends

• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and KPIs

• Manage daily marketing operations including budget tracking, vendor coordination and project execution

• Support PO and contract processes with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Tax)

• Develop and localize content for Asia Growth Markets (Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution

• Support content production across multiple locations

• Build and manage social media channels (focus on YouTube Korea) with regular content publishing

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness

• Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and campaign launches

• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

• Proficient in English and Korean (mandatory) as this role requires to work with coutnerpart from Korea

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce or advertising preferred

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience or interest in managing social media channels (especially YouTube) preferred
