Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive our content strategy across our website and LinkedIn. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality written content, improving our search visibility (SEO/GEO), and building a consistent, engaging presence on LinkedIn.
You should be equal parts writer, strategist, and operator—comfortable turning ideas into content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write and publish high-quality website content including landing pages, blog articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Develop a consistent publishing cadence (weekly/bi-weekly articles)
- Translate business insights into compelling, audience-focused content
LinkedIn Content & Growth
- Plan and execute LinkedIn content strategy for the company page and leadership profiles
- Write engaging LinkedIn posts (educational, storytelling, industry insights, hiring content)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
- Track engagement and optimise content performance
SEO / GEO Optimisation
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
- Optimise website content for search engines (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.)
- Improve content ranking and organic traffic
- Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) principles to ensure visibility in AI-driven search tools
Content Strategy & Planning
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals
- Identify trending topics and industry themes to capitalise on
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, recruiters, leadership) for content ideas
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions)
- Continuously refine content strategy based on data insights
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or similar role
- Strong writing and editing skills (portfolio required)
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn content or social media for a brand
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimisation
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content streams
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, tech, recruitment, or AI-related industries
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) / AI search trends
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow)
- Experience with email marketing or newsletters
