BAO'S PASTRY is a well-known Chinese pastry brand expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia, with existing outlets in major Singapore shopping malls. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Supervisor to lead our local marketing execution and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and operate social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
2. Plan and execute new product launch campaigns, including pre-launch promotion and market communication.
3. Organize and coordinate KOL / influencer collaborations across different platforms.
4. Optimize in-store visual merchandising and product display to enhance customer experience and sales conversion.
5. Plan and execute marketing events and promotional activities.
6. Liaise closely with the China headquarters marketing team to implement brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
