Marketplace Quality Control Specialist

About the role

Join our team as a Quality Control Specialist at LAZADA SINGAPORE and play a vital role in ensuring excellent quality in our products. This is a full-time position that allows you to be part of a dynamic and growing e-commerce company.

Key Accountabilities:
1) Main liaison for all the internal quality/expiry feedbacks from all shifts and escalate to the seller for penalties as stated in RedMart Quality Policy.

2) Conduct bi-monthly first mile audits to ensure driver and vehicle compliance to food safety standards.

3) Conduct quality checks during the incoming and receiving of Marketplace items (for fresh, frozen, ambient).

4) Manage the feedback from all internal stakeholders related to Marketplace items and proceed with the necessary corrective actions.

5) Prepare weekly reporting of key RSS issues for the RedMart Quality Review slides.

6) Prepare Shortship data analysis, work with stakeholders to identify key issues and prepare weekly meeting presentation.

7) Conduct monthly last mile audits to ensure cross dock and delivery compliance to food safety standards.

8) Management of customer complaints case tickets escalation from Customer Service team to prevent delay of resolution.

9) Conduct audits on CCTV footages and drive re-training efforts for dry and fresh packing processes.

10) Troubleshoot on issues related to CCTV functionality and issues.  

11) Adviser to the QC associates on ground matters during the supervisor’s absence.

12) Familiarize with the daily QC routines and act as a backup/ support to the Day Shift QC team when there is a short headcount situation and be able to execute all responsibilities as necessary.

13) Support in QA projects to ensure high standard of food safety and quality.

14) Observe warehouse personnel safety guidelines, report to HSSE for any unsafe practices.

 Qualifications:
1) Professional certificate / Polytechnic Diploma

Preferred skills:
1) Familiar with Microsoft office suite (Word, Document, Powerpoint)
