Merchandiser (Men's Category)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is supporting a well-established regional fashion brand in identifying a Merchandiser to support their Men's category. This role focuses on collection planning, assortment strategy and commercial performance, working closely with design and cross-functional teams to drive product direction and category growth across markets.

The Job:

• Develop and execute seasonal product line plans for Men's category, including assortment mix and key product focus
• Work closely with Design and Branding teams during the collection planning stage to define product direction based on trends, market insights and brand positioning
• Analyse market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to support product development and future collections
• Partner with Merchandise Planning to drive assortment strategy, pricing decisions and overall category performance
• Monitor sales performance and conduct post-launch and post-season analysis across regions, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve future collections and commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams on product presentation to enhance sell-through and brand storytelling
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of seasonal launches and alignment across regions

The Talent:

• Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Design or Business
• 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or related function
• Background in design, with experience working on collection planning alongside design teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance tracking and data analysis
• Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
• Good sense of fashion and awareness of market trends
