Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to support the end-to-end merchandising function. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate product data management, smooth shipment coordination, and timely reporting to support business performance across retail and e-commerce channels.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate product information in the system, including pricing, cost, materials, and product specifications
Prepare seasonal catalogues and generate regular merchandising and café sales reports, providing insights to support business decisions
Liaise closely with the China warehouse on shipment schedules and ensure timely arrival of product samples
Coordinate importation of containers and work with freight forwarders on local customs clearance and documentation
Monitor and ensure accuracy of stock levels across websites and backend systems, resolving discrepancies promptly
Support campaign shoots and product launches when required
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Warehouse, and E-commerce teams to ensure smooth product rollouts
Perform other merchandising and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field
At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail operations, or supply chain
Fresh graduates with good internship experience may be considered for the Merchandising Associate role
Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Proficient in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with China counterparts
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong coordination and communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude
