Merchandising Associate

Job Description

• Updating of product information such as price list, cost price, material information etc into the system


• Preparation of seasonal catalogue and assisting in preparation of merchandising sales reports


• Coordinate with China warehouse for upcoming shipment and ensure all product samples arrived in timely manner


• Arrange importation of container and coordinate with freight forwarder on local custom clearance


• Ensure accuracy of stock levels on websites and backend system


• Assist in campaign shoots when necessary


• Any ad-hoc admin/merchandising duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Merchandising or any related field


• Meticulous and good with numbers


• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel


• Proficient in Chinese Language – both spoken and written (in order to liaise and communicate with our China counterparts)


• Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment


• Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
