Merchandising Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full buying cycle: order placement, system upload, delivery, and quality checks.


• Monitor sell-through rates and supplier performance.


• Support seasonal planning: sales targets, markdowns, and pricing strategies.


• Collaborate with stores for product feedback and assortment planning.


• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth product flow.


• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities.


• Communicate with vendors on performance and market insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion, Retail or related field.


• 1–2 years of buying/merchandising experience in fashion retail.


• Strong Excel and analytical skills.


• Good communication and organizational skills.


• Passion for fashion, proactive, and a team player.
