Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure sales target and margin target for appointed brands can be achieved as per budget planning
Create the buying plan of appointed brand every season as per target and ensure the timeline meet with Principal's agreement
Monitoring planning and process shipments every month or season as per timeline in warehouse
Plan & create IAP (Initial Allocation Plan) as per type of product, store type and potential sales target
Work closely with Marketing team to process shipment product for Brand Ambassador
Update the Weekly Sales Report in order to review the sales & stock of each store and product
Share initial price to COE (Center of Excellence) to meet targeted margin.
Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of experience in retail merchandising roles preferred
Diploma or Degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
Strong visual and creative sense for product placement and display.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
