Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support our merchandising and retail operations team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how luxury fashion collections are curated, launched, and managed within a retail environment. It is ideal for someone who is organised, meticulous, and genuinely interested in fashion and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Weekly Sales Reports and basic data analysis (Excel)
- Support new arrivals and seasonal launches
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and retail store
- Support coordination with brand partners with deliveries and stock updates
- Help update product information, price lists and inventory records
- Ensure accurate documentation (POs, invoices, shipment records)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and data
- Organized, Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Able to commit for at least [ 3 – 6 months]
