Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support our Merchandising team in driving efficient operations and insightful market analysis. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end merchandising processes, from order management to trend analysis, within a dynamic retail environment.
Weekly Reporting
Prepare and update weekly merchandising and sales reports to support business decisions.
Order and Sample Management
Assist with tracking product orders and managing samples for upcoming launches and collections.
GRN Coordination with Warehouse
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing for all incoming stocks.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance, including DHL/shipment coordination and preparation of store training decks and materials.
Trend & Competition Analysis
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and opportunities to enhance our assortment and strategies.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data
Eagerness to learn with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Internship Details:
Availability: Full-time preferred; part-time (3-4 days per week) candidates are welcome
Duration: Minimum 3 months to 6 months from January 2026
Internship stipend: $8,00 - $1,200 per month for Full-time
Location: Bugis, 152 Beach Road, Gateway East
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
