Merchandising (Manager/AM/Executive) Luxury Retail

About the Role

We’re seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead seasonal planning, buying, and assortments for Singapore stores. Blend data insights with fashion trends to boost sales, manage inventory, and enhance the customer experience. International travel, including buying trips, is required.

Positions Available

• Merchandising Manager : Up to $6000

• Merchandising Assistant Manager : Up to $5500

• Merchandising Executive: Up to $4500

• Schedule: 5-day week, Office Hour

• Locations: Promenade MRT

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with brand vision and local market trends

• Lead seasonal buying, demand forecasting, and product allocation to maximise sales and minimise markdowns

• Analyse sales data, market insights, and competitor activity to inform buying decisions

• Oversee shipping documentation, purchase orders, and inventory flow from warehouse to stores

• Partner with retail teams on floor plans, visual merchandising, and store-specific assortments

• Collaborate with global buying, planning, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, fashion, or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in merchandising, buying, and retail planning.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills
