Merchandising Manager (Ladies Fashion) / Orchard / Office hours / $7200

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising and sales plans to meet sales, stock, and profit targets.

• Manage buying budgets, inventory levels, and product assortments to optimize turnover and minimize losses.

• Strengthen integration between physical stores and online platforms to enhance performance.

• Analyze market trends, source new products, and negotiate competitive terms with suppliers.

• Oversee daily operations, cost control, and staff productivity.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising displays.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed sales goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification.

• Applicants must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Proven experience in retail operations and merchandising management.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

• Experience in both offline and online retail preferred.

• Organized, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
