Merchant Engagement Educators (12 months contract)

NETS is looking for Merchant Engagement Educators to be the frontline ambassadors of our payment solutions. In this role, you will build strong relationships with merchants, helping them maximize the value of NETS services while also reaching out to businesses not yet on NETS to showcase the benefits of joining our network.

Position Summary

In this role, you will build strong relationships with merchants, helping them maximize the value of NETS services while also reaching out to businesses not yet on NETS to showcase the benefits of joining our network.

Key Responsibilities

Engage Existing Merchants:

• Strengthen partnerships by understanding merchant needs and guiding them to adopt and expand NETS services

Generate New Leads:

• Identify and connect with non-NETS merchants, introducing them to NETS’ secure and seamless payment solutions

Educate & Support:

• Clearly explain NETS offerings, assist with onboarding, and ensure merchants feel confident using our services

Relationship Building:

• Foster trust and long-term collaboration, positioning NETS as a partner in merchant success

Feedback Collection:

• Capture merchant insights to help NETS continuously improve and tailor solutions

Brand Representation:

• Uphold NETS’ values of customer-centricity in every interaction

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly


• Experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management preferred


• Passion for supporting businesses through technology and payments innovation


• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments


• Familiarity with Singapore’s retail and F&B landscape is advantageous
