The Singapore Commercial team shapes and grows Grab's business in Singapore, contributing to our vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering everyday services that matter most to consumers.


We focus on developing business strategies that help us serve our community, particularly by growing the accounts of F&B businesses across GrabFood. By building close partnerships with merchants, we create plans and strategies to grow their sales and meet their needs across Grab's services such as GrabExpress, GrabPay, and GrabAds.


Get to Know the Role


The Merchant Growth Manager, Emerging will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a diverse portfolio of F&B merchants. The role will be pivotal in helping micro-SME merchants grow their businesses across Grab's ecosystem, including GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress, while driving sustainable growth for Grab's platform.


This role will report to the Lead, Commercial, Merchant Growth and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.


The Critical Tasks You Will Perform



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of merchants, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses are supported

  • Manage merchant accounts with a focus on GMV, monetisation, and delivery volumes

  • Develop and execute scalable business strategies to drive growth for merchants across Grab's ecosystem.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights, address concerns, and align on growth strategies

  • Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement and growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised reporting, marketing support, merchant operation support and product enhancements.
