You'll work directly with business owners, helping them leverage innovative marketing and promotional solutions to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and grow their presence on one of Southeast Asia's largest digital platforms.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with F&B and retail merchants to identify business growth opportunities.
• Present and recommend tailored promotional and marketing solutions based on merchant needs.
• Drive end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
• Support merchants in launching and optimizing promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal commercial, marketing, CRM, and payments teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain strong merchant relationships to encourage repeat participation and long-term growth.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm

Commission: Attractive scheme (up to ~$5K per cycle based onperformance)
