Merchant & Partnership Executive
We are seeking a passionate and people-oriented Merchant & Partnership Executive to support merchant partnership programmes and member engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in account servicing, stakeholder management, partnership coordination, customer success, or merchant management.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of merchant partners, coordinating campaigns and promotions, supporting merchant acquisition efforts, and ensuring smooth operational delivery of partnership programmes.
The contract duration is up to 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant & Partner Management
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of merchant and business partners.
Serve as the key point of contact for merchant enquiries, issues, and operational matters.
Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns while maintaining positive relationships.
Account Servicing & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support partnership initiatives.
Facilitate communication between merchants and various business units.
Monitor ongoing activities and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
Merchant Recruitment & Retention
Identify and onboard suitable merchant partners to support programme objectives.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive engagement and retention.
Support partnership renewal activities and continuity planning.
Campaign & Promotion Management
Coordinate merchant participation in marketing campaigns, promotional programmes, newsletters, and engagement initiatives.
Track campaign deliverables and ensure promotional offers are submitted and executed on schedule.
Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Governance & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of merchant partnerships, pipeline status, and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes.
Support data tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, account servicing, customer success, merchant management, stakeholder engagement, or a related function.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM systems, tracking tools, or reporting platforms will be advantageous.
