Key Responsibilities

Merchant & Partner Management

  • Provide ongoing operational and relationship management for a portfolio of over 200 merchants and partners

  • Support merchant recruitment activities, pipeline tracking, governance monitoring and issue resolution

  • Deliver consistent account servicing and maintain positive working relationships

Account Servicing & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as a key liaison between merchants/partners and internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate operational matters and follow through to ensure timely and accurate resolution

  • Support smooth execution of merchant‑related initiatives

Merchant Recruitment & Retention Support

  • Assist in identifying, assessing and onboarding suitable merchant partners

  • Maintain regular engagement with existing merchants to support retention and continuity

  • Support an annual refresh of approximately 15% of the merchant base

Campaign, Governance & Tracking Support

  • Maintain merchant pipelines, tracking records and documentation

  • Monitor progress of leads, negotiations and partnership milestones

  • Ensure compliance with agreed terms and governance requirements

  • Provide close operational support during peak periods such as campaigns, renewals and engagement initiatives

  • Support the execution of more than 8 curated campaigns annually, involving approximately 120 merchant promotions, including newsletters and digital communications

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchant management, partnerships, account servicing or stakeholder coordination

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

  • Detail‑oriented with strong coordination and follow‑through capabilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Familiarity with CRM or tracking systems is an advantage

  • Basic data tracking and reporting skills preferred

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
