[What the role is]

NAC's Marketing & Audience Development department advocates and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. You will work closely with the whole of the Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel and support in the areas of marketing communications, to highlight the Council’s role as champion of the arts. You will also work with departments within the Council, and with external stakeholders to initiate, implement and manage marketing communications initiatives which are aligned with NAC’s mission, vision and strategic thrusts.

[What you will be working on]



  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to support NAC’s branding, marketing, and audience development objectives.


  • Lead the day-to-day management of NAC digital touchpoints such as its social media channels, corporate website and EDM platforms. Analyse digital marketing metrics to identify trends and insights required to formulate a robust content calendar.


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimise NAC’s social media platforms with the objectives to expand reach and deepen engagement across various audiences.  This includes the tailoring, planning and implementation of social plans to meet NAC's strategic needs. 


  • Partner with NAC’s Technology and Innovation team to maintain the corporate website's compliance with IM8 standards whilst adhering to Government Digital Service Standards.



[What we are looking for]



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing with demonstrable results


  • Hands-on experience and/or expertise in the latest digital technologies and techniques managing websites and content management systems (CMS) is desirable


  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is advantageous to effectively manage NAC corporate website and EDM platforms


  • Good understanding of Singapore's arts and cultural landscape


  • Experience in developing innovative audience development strategies


  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital platforms


  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities


  • Good stakeholder management and communications skills


  • Demonstrated ability to work independently


  • Good team player


  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
