Mobile Product Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and execution-driven Mobile Product Manager (Kakee Product Lead) to lead the development and delivery of our mobile app. This role blends product ownership with project management, ensuring our mobile experiences are user-centric, technically sound, and delivered on time. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineeripng, marketing, and customer support to bring our mobile vision to life.

JOB DESCRIPTION

(a) Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and evolve the mobile product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs

• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic value

(b) Project Management

• Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile app projects (iOS and Android)

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones

• Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with engineering and design teams

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of releases

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile app development across departments

(c) Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and delightful mobile experiences

• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and unblock progress

• Collaborate with QA to define test plans and ensure high-quality releases

• Align with marketing and customer success teams for go-to-market and user adoption strategies

(d) Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor app performance, user engagement, and retention metrics

• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future iterations

• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize features

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on mobile apps

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mobile products

• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities

• Familiarity with mobile technologies, app store guidelines, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)

• Bonus: Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and user testing platforms
