Job Responsibilities: 

Affiliate Program Management

  • Oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle from recruitment to retention

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous engagement of affiliates

  • Monitor and report on affiliate performance and compliance

Content Development and Distribution

  • Create compelling marketing materials and communications to support affiliate activities

  • Regularly update promotional content and affiliate communication channels

Recruitment and Expansion

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new affiliates

  • Organize and conduct informational sessions to educate potential affiliates

Performance Optimization

  • Analyse affiliate performance and the effectiveness of affiliate promotions

  • Adjust strategies based on analytics and market trends to maximize program success

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the IT, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure program requirements are met

  • Align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns


Job Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably within digital marketing or e-commerce

  • Proven track record in acquiring new partners, affiliates, or clients and growing revenue.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.).

  • Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and partnership terms.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools.
