Description
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Omni-Channel Manager to oversee, optimize, and grow our retail brand's presence across all digital and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing online sales, executing strategic product postings, and ensuring a seamless, integrated customer journey across both our physical and digital storefronts.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce & Marketplace Management
Platform Operations: Manage daily operations for all e-commerce storefronts, including official brand websites and major online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Product Postings & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality descriptions, images, accurate inventory counts, and competitive pricing.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital commercial campaigns (e.g., 11.11, flash sales, seasonal vouchers) to maximize online traffic and conversion rates.
2. Omni-Channel Strategy & Integration
Seamless Customer Journey: Bridge the gap between offline retail stores and online channels to create a unified, frictionless shopping experience for customers.
Inventory Coordination: Synchronize online and offline stock management to minimize stockouts and coordinate fulfillment logic (e.g., click-and-collect / store pick-up options).
3. Digital Marketing & Content Coordination
Content Deployment: Collaborate with content creators to cross-promote retail stock, digital promotions, and exclusive online products across corporate social channels.
Performance Tracking: Analyze digital sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to refine digital merchandising strategies and boost ROI.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms or driving digital/omni-channel retail sales.
Technical Skills: Proficient with marketplace seller centers (Shopee, Lazada, etc.), backend content management systems (CMS), and basic digital marketing tools.
Attributes: Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of balancing operational tasks with creative marketing strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate between retail storefront operations, warehouse fulfillment teams, and external vendor partners.
