Join the PC Dreams Group as an OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive and play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all aspects within a specific category.

We seek a passionate individual with a good understanding of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) devices. You will be responsible for managing the sales and acquisition of devices, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sustainability Advocacy, Buyback & Customer Engagement

  • Educate customers on sustainability-driven purchases, trade-ins, and buyback programs, promoting awareness of zero e-waste initiatives.

  • Manage buyback transactions, assisting customers in valuing and trading their used devices while ensuring alignment with pricing models.

  • Collaborate with retail teams to enhance buyback workflow and maintain competitive pricing strategies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact across retail and digital channels, delivering seamless customer experiences.

  • Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support diverse audiences and tailor engagement based on local consumer behavior.

2. Sales & Product Advisory

  • Guide customers in selecting pre-owned and refurbished electronic devices, ensuring informed and sustainable purchasing decisions.

  • Handle inquiries on device upcycling, refurbishment, and trade-in valuations across both physical stores and digital platforms.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge and ensure operational compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).

  • Support sales teams in driving retail and wholesale performance while integrating buyback services into broader sales strategies.

3. Digital & Social Media Sales Operations

  • Utilize omnichannel strategies to engage customers via social media, messaging tools, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace listings.

  • Facilitate buyback program promotions through digital campaigns and online engagement tools, ensuring visibility and accessibility.

  • Oversee digital order fulfillment, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth transactions across all retail channels.

  • Track retail trends and buyback success metrics using data analytics to refine digital sales approaches and optimize product offerings.

  • Leverage digital tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, messaging platforms, and CRM systems, to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics sector.

  • Strong understanding of buyback programs and their role in driving circular economy initiatives.

  • Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, including digital commerce and social media engagement.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to accommodate diverse customer interactions.

  • Ability to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001, maintaining quality standards and data security integrity.

  • Understanding of local consumer behavior and purchasing trends.

  • Proficiency in digital tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, and messaging platforms, for sales operations.

  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting eco-friendly business practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and partners effectively.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional service.

Work Details

  • Work Week: 5.5 days

  • Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
