Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow the company's online sales channels, driving measurable business growth and enhancing brand presence across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Carousel, and other online marketplaces to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve online sales results.
- Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and online sales events to increase brand visibility and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
- Identify and establish partnerships with new online distribution channels and digital partners to expand market reach.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports with strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution and achievement of business objectives.
- Apply strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills to influence cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and e-commerce analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
