Online Store Associate (5–6 Months Contract)

We are looking for a dedicated Online Store Executive to join our team on a 5–6 months contract basis. The role involves managing our Shopee and Lazada online stores, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting ongoing e-commerce projects.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Includes 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily order fulfilment and packing of items.


• Manage product listings, updates, and promotions on Shopee & Lazada.


• Create simple online banner ads (basic knowledge of image editing tools/software required).


• Organize, arrange, and keep track of stock whenever shipments arrive.


• Provide support in checking and managing other online projects as assigned.


• Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Shopee and Lazada seller platforms would be good though not necessary since its easy to manage


• Basic skills in image editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).


• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.


• Positive attitude and willingness to take on different tasks when needed.
