Job Summary
The Online Sales Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role includes handling product listings, promotions, customer enquiries, and order fulfillment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & Performance
Manage and grow sales across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.)
Monitor daily sales performance and take actions to improve conversion
Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies
Product & Listing Management
Upload and maintain product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
Ensure accuracy of product information and stock availability
Order Fulfillment
Process orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues
Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries via chat/email platforms
Handle complaints, returns, and feedback professionally
Coordination & Reporting
Work with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
Prepare basic sales reports and performance tracking
Coordinate with suppliers for stock and product updates
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years of e-commerce or online sales experience
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok or similar platforms
Basic Excel and reporting skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with online ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads)
Sales-driven mindset with analytical thinking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours :
8am-5pm (Monday - Friday)
8am-12noon (Saturday)
