What You’ll Do
Daily Deliveries to StoresEnsure the timely and accurate packing and dispatch of daily production runs to our outlets.
Troubleshoot production and delivery challenges to keep store inventories running smoothly.
Coordinate closely with Logistics and Order Fulfillment Teams for seamless delivery execution.
Guarantee accuracy and efficiency in all store and hot kitchen requisitions.
Oversee the packing and organization of PV Foods inventory to meet management targets.
Maintain high packaging standards and ensure proper storage to optimize shelf life.
Track expiry dates and minimize wastage through proactive inventory rotation and monitoring.
Lead the order fulfillment process for Same Day, Advance, and 3rd Party Orders.
Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
Work with the Brand Team to enhance online sales performance and customer experience.
Prepare post-mortem reports for seasonal campaigns and identify process improvement opportunities.
Manage stock take processes and maintain optimal inventory levels for fulfillment materials.
Drive initiatives to reduce wastage and logistics costs, ensuring operational efficiency.
Oversee daily bakes requisitions and third-party logistics expenditures.
Plan and propose staffing arrangements in collaboration with Management.
Train and mentor team members to uphold SOPs and brand experience standards.
Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and order across all packaging and fulfillment areas.
Support performance appraisals and continuous team improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree holder with 3–5 years of F&B operations experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a team player who leads by example.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
What We Offer
đź’° Up to $5,000 basic + variable bonus
🗓️ Alternating 5/6-day work week (e.g., 5 days one week, 6 the next)
🎉 Off in lieu for working public holidays
⏰ Shifts: 7am–5pm / 7am–3pm / 8am–4pm / 9.30am–7.30pm / 11.30am–3.30pm (depending on roster)
