Job Overview

Our client is seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the daily operations of an AI-Aggregation platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating platform operations, customer onboarding, support workflows, AI content moderation, vendor coordination, and process execution. This role is well-suited for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day platform operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.

  • Handle customer onboarding, support coordination, and operational follow-ups.

  • Monitor platform-related operational issues and escalate matters to the relevant teams when required.

  • Coordinate with internal tech, product, and support teams to resolve issues and improve platform processes.

  • Track tasks, workflows, operational reports, and service updates.

  • Support AI/content workflow operations, including content review, moderation, and process checking.

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of operational matters.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for operational activities.

  • •Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, Communications, or related discipline.

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in operations, platform support, customer support, admin coordination, or technology-related environment.

  • Applicants with strong learning ability and good attitude are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable using SaaS tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and support systems.

  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to learn new systems quickly.

  • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive working attitude.

  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused and able to coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
