Job Scope
Oversee daily activities to ensure the warehouse and distribution processes operate efficiently.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify and address operational challenges. Develop and implement plans for performance enhancements to achieve operational objectives
Create contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with changes in processes.
Manage and supervise inventory to maintain accuracy; conduct periodic cycle counts.
Provide regular updates on operational performance to senior management, including data on performance, challenges, and improvement strategies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments and teams.
Develop and manage the operations budget, perform cost analysis, and oversee expense control.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, offering guidance and support to promote high productivity and accuracy levels.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address any issues related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field preferred.
Proven experience in operations management (minimum 4 years), preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Have experience in handling ERP system and high proficieny in Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
