Operation Manager

What you will be doing

• Manage operation team including scheduling, supervising and overseeing operations


• Coordinate with different departments (florists, dispatch, procurement, etc) internally for all operations matter to achieved desired results.


• Ensure QC on products (Bouqets,hampers,etc) going out


• To improve and manage the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Company’s direction specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and planning.


• Provide regular reports on operational performance, sales and cost study to Management.

What you need

• Preferably with >5 years of related experience in operations (E-Commerce, Retail, F&B etc.)


• Self-motivated with strong personal and social skills


• Must be an enthusiastic, committed, highly motivated, creative, driven


• Able to work independently as well as in a team


• Numeric ability is essential


• Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Schedule

• 5/6 day work week (will include weekends & PH as we are a service industry)


• Rotational shift work (7.30am-4.30pm, 9am - 6pm, 1-10pm and more) with 1 hr break


• Located in an industrial estate
