JUNGSAEMMOOL Beauty is the professional makeup artist brand founded by renowned Korean makeup artist Jung Saem Mool, known for pursuing the philosophy of "Natural Beauty".

Our Singapore office is seeking an Operation Manager to join our dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and will provide extensive operational, financial, and HR administrative support while working closely with our internal management team and local accounting firm.

Role Overview

 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational processes across retail and e-commerce channels.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of inventory, logistics, and order management, while maintaining optimal stock levels and operational efficiency across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory planning, logistics coordination, and multi-channel operations, with the ability to work closely with regional HQ and local partners.



 Key Responsibilities


 1. Inventory Planning & Management

  • Manage inventory across warehouse and retail stores (Flagship, ION, VivoCity), ensuring optimal stock levels and availability

  • Monitor stock movement, sell-through, and replenishment cycles

  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Identify slow-moving and fast-moving SKUs and support stock optimization strategies


2. Demand Planning & HQ Coordination

  • Plan and consolidate orders to Korea HQ based on S&OP and sales forecasts

  • Coordinate closely with HQ and forwarders on order placement, shipment schedules, and product availability

  • Track inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery into Singapore warehouse


3. Logistics & Warehouse Management

  • Oversee inbound logistics from Korea to Singapore warehouse

  • Manage warehouse operations, including storage, stock organization, and fulfilment processes

  • Liaise with warehouse partners to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy


4. Retail (Offline) Operations Support

  • Coordinate B2B stock allocation and replenishment to retail stores

  • Ensure timely stock transfers and availability across all outlets

  • Support store operations with inventory-related matters and troubleshooting


5. E-commerce & 3PL Management

  • Oversee e-commerce order fulfilment through 3PL partners

  • Monitor delivery performance, SLA compliance, and customer experience

  • Coordinate stock allocation for online platforms (e.g., Shopify, marketplaces)


6. Order Management & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end order processes across online and offline channels

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders

  • Work closely with internal teams (retail, marketing, finance) to support business operations


7. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

  • Maintain accurate reporting on inventory, logistics performance, and order fulfillment

  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

  • 4–7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or retail operations

  • Experience managing inventory, logistics, and multi-channel (retail + eCom) operations

  • Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders (HQ, warehouse, stores, 3PL)

  • Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment




Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail industry

  • Familiarity with S&OP planning and demand forecasting

  • Experience working with regional or global HQ teams
