Position: Operations & Accounts Analyst
About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our operations and accounts functions. This role focuses on Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory monitoring, and sales reporting, while working closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams.

• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and support follow-up on outstanding balances


• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate stock reports


• Prepare sales and inventory analysis (SKU, outlet, category level)


• Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities


• Support data consolidation from ERP and sales channels


• Assist in order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination when required

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field


• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred


• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data handling)


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail


• Able to work independently and coordinate across teams

• Experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG environment


• Familiarity with inventory management and reporting systems

• Exposure to multi-channel retail operations (retail, e-commerce, distribution)


• Hands-on experience in data-driven decision making
