Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin to support our fast-paced e-commerce and logistics operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, order management, and client communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations between the warehouse team and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to e-commerce and logistics operations.
- Process and track customer orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to align order fulfillment with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and operational reports.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, operations support, or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with computer-based systems.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
