Position Summary


You will be expected to perform the following duties, which may be updated from time to time in line with operational needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Perform the full spectrum of accounting and administrative duties for the E-Commerce unit

  • Handle Accounts Payable functions such as data entry, processing payments, etc

  • Perform Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Forecast to facilitate payment process

  • Handle the issuance and records of invoices, quotations, petty cash claims, etc

  • Handle customer and/or supplier account balances and reconcile with totals

  • Liaise with various suppliers and clients with regards to financial matters

  • Handle enquiries and liaise with various suppliers, customers, etc

  • Maintain proper filing of both hardcopy and softcopy documents

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Company


Working Day/Hours:



  • Monday to Thursday: 9.00 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.

  • Friday & Saturday: 9.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.


Work Arrangement



  • This role is a full-time position based at the Company’s Head Office.

  • The Accounts Executive is required to physically report to the office daily to perform finance and administrative functions.
