Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operational tasks, including collecting, organizing, and updating market data, industry trends, and competitor information to support strategic planning.
Manage product information by maintaining accurate product data such as listings, delistings, and price adjustments.
Handle customer operations, including responding to inquiries, managing complaints, following up on feedback, and improving customer service processes to enhance satisfaction.
Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting of key operational metrics such as GMV, order volume, and customer retention. Prepare simple reports to support decision-making.
Support the planning and execution of small-scale marketing campaigns, including preparation, on-ground coordination, and post-campaign analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams on daily operational matters, ensure smooth communication, track progress, and facilitate timely completion of tasks.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Passion for operations; internship or relevant experience is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce or fresh food industry operations is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis.
Strong communication skills, good team player, detail-oriented, responsible, and patient.
Fast learner with strong adaptability and able to work under pressure.
